1) User Account

• Passwords are stored in an irreversible encrypted format. Keep your credentials safe; we are not liable for account loss due to user negligence.
• You may not register or access your account through proxies, VPNs, anonymizers (e.g., “HideMyAss”), LAN groups, internet cafés, or similar.
• Multiple accounts, fake information, or sharing payment processors between accounts/users is strictly prohibited.
• Do not log in to more than one account from the same device or IP address (including family, friends, or co-workers; avoid public computers).
• Access via VPS/Proxy servers is forbidden. Payout requests made while using such services will be rejected and the account suspended.
• Any attempt to overload or disrupt our servers results in permanent suspension.
• Any direct or indirect harm to the website, its owner, or staff may result in permanent suspension.
• If you do not log in for more than 220 days, you will lose 5 Coins per day until you log in again or your balance reaches zero.

2) Referrals

• You may refer an unlimited number of members.
• Referrals must be unique and use their own valid email addresses and real identities.
• Buying/selling referrals is not allowed. Suspected violations may lead to permanent suspension.
• No compensation is due for referral loss due to inactivity or account actions.
• Your upline is private and cannot be changed.
• You must log in daily to receive referral commissions. Inactivity > 24 hours pauses commissions until you log in again.

3) Payments & Purchases

• All orders are final and non-refundable.
• All payments must be made through our website only.

4) Advertisement

• Ads must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminatory, vulgar, illegal, or other adult material.
• No frame-breakers or similar disruptive scripts.
• Ads must be in English.
• No viruses, malware, or background crypto-mining of any kind.
• We reserve the right to suspend any ad that violates these Terms without refund.

5) Refund Policy

• Purchases of advertisements are non-refundable.
• Purchases of banner ads are non-refundable.
• Membership upgrades are non-refundable.

6) Anti-Cheat & Account Suspension

• Suspicious actions are logged by our anti-fraud systems.
• Any hacking attempts, SQL injection, XSS, or similar activities lead to permanent suspension.
• Do not interfere with our systems or security in any way.
• We may suspend your account for any valid reason under these Terms or related policies.
• Suspended accounts are not eligible for refunds; account data (stats, referrals) may be wiped.
• Emulators, bots, or any automation to perform clicks/tasks are prohibited.
• Using proxies or VCCs to complete offerwall tasks is not allowed.

7) Liability

• We are not liable for delays or failures beyond our reasonable control.
• We are not responsible for the conduct of users, advertisers, or third-party providers we rely on.
• You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on earnings you receive.
• Upon request, we may suspend your account if you do not agree to these Terms.
• We are not responsible for your investments.
• We are not responsible for the activity/performance of direct or rented referrals.
• We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify members of materially changed sections.
